Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup milk (of choice)

  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a Mason jar and mix until combined.
2. Cover the Mason jar with a lid or plastic wrap.
3. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Add any additional desired toppings immediately before serving.
