Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Chuck
1 qt Beef Stock
2 Onions, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
4 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Salt and Pepper
1 1/2 tbsp White Vinegar
1 can 15 oz Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 dashed Worcestershire Sauce
PLACE THE FOLLOWING IN A CHEESECLOTH:
5 Bay Leaves
35 Whole Allspice
Instructions:
In large pot combine ground chuck and beef stock.
Cook until all red has cooked out of the meat.
Add remaining ingredients to pot.
Simmer over low heat for about 3 hours.
You may need to add water.
How to Serve:
Serve warm over thin spaghetti.
Top with the following toppings:
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Oyster Crackers
Vidalia Onions, chopped
Kidney Beans
Hot sauce
